Privacy Policy
Replyly (“we”, “the app”) helps small businesses draft WhatsApp replies. This policy covers the web app at replyly-kappa.vercel.app and the Replyly mobile apps for iOS and Android.
What we store
- On your device only: business profile, brand words, team invite codes, reply history, favorites, usage counters, theme preference, and optional Pro unlock flag. These use browser
localStorage(web) or AsyncStorage (mobile). - Customer messages you paste stay on your device for generating replies. We do not operate a Replyly backend that receives them for the default template engine.
Optional third parties
- Gumroad — if you purchase Pro, payment is handled by Gumroad under their privacy policy. We only receive what you choose to redeem (e.g. an unlock code you enter locally).
- Google Gemini (optional, web): only if you paste your own API key. Then the draft request is sent to Google. We never see that key on a Replyly server.
- Apple / Google — store distribution, crash diagnostics you opt into via the OS, and in-app review prompts may involve platform services.
Notifications
The mobile app may request notification permission for optional local “reply reminders.” These are scheduled on-device and do not require a Replyly account or push server.
Team invite codes
Invite codes (RPLY1.…) encode your business profile as base64 JSON. Treat them like shared shop notes — anyone with the code can import the profile on their device.
Children
Replyly is intended for business users, not children under 13.
